 Why join the Puget Sound Alliance
  for Retired Americans?

§      As a member, you will receive the Alliance newsletter, The Retiree Advocate, every month (in print form).  The Advocate has news of interest to retired Americans on topics such as updates on Social Security legislation, pensions, health care, and much more.

§      As part of a large group of retirees, your voice on issues is taken more seriously by your elected officials.  They are well aware of the power that older Americans wield at the voting booth.

§      As an older American, you have information and insights to share.  The Retiree Advocate welcomes your contributions.  Contact the editor, Will Parry .

§      There are other reasons to join, such as the opportunity to meet new friends who are active, informed and engaged in the positive aspects of retirement.

As a member, you are eligible to participate in TalkBack, a discussion
group where you can share opinions, information, and insights with other retirees. 

On the Internet, you can meet interesting, active people who share your values and are eager to put their skills and knowledge to work for a better future for older Americans, and for the children and grandchildren who inherit the world we have messed up.
